Students may take this graded assignment and complete test corrections for partial points. This must be completed on a separate piece of paper, and all work must be shown. Having just an answer will not be counted, nor will changing answers on the original test paper. If a definition was wrong, you must write the word and the correct definition next to it. Please have these test corrections back to me BY MONDAY. If I do not receive them by then, the original grade will stand.

Math:

We've begun our Subtraction unit. We are learning how to subtract mentally by breaking apart a number or making a 10 or 100. We are practicing estimating and then subtracting to see if our answers are reasonable. We will understand when a word problem wants and exact answer versus an estimated answer.

We are practicing multi-step word problems by practicing step by step algorithms to solve.

We are practicing subtracting 3 and 4 digit numbers with regrouping. We will also learn how to subtract across 0's.

We are focusing on Multiplication facts, tricks for 0, 1, 2, 5, 10 facts! We are working on becoming "Multiplication Masters!" Keep practicing your flash cards at home!
